Crow is almost done with his documents.he just legalized and got the license for his abilities so he can use them.
He always wanted to form a team to get the 'bad guys', the criminals, assassins, you name it.

Now will Crow get his dream and form a great team to lead? Or will he completely fail and get another solution?

This story is set within when earth has 50% of the populations has enhanced abilities or in other words super abilities!
