Gavin Hill is ready to turn his life around. After spending most of his life behind bars at a Juvenile Detention Center, he's 18 now, and not looking to let his legacy haunt him into adulthood. But when a strange girl throws herself into his passenger seat and his life, Gavin is forced to befriend a stranger in interest of staying the good Samaritan. 
And when that stranger ends up dead, there's a mess of explaining to do.
Now he is thrown into a dangerous game much bigger than himself, with all the odds stacked against him. And he'll find that it's much more difficult to prove that he hasn't done the crime than to get away with one.
After all, who would believe a man who's always guilty once he finally claims to be innocent?
