The old world such as Asia, Europe and Africa has began to use robotics to improve soldier effectiveness, while the new world,North America and South America has started using biological technology and genetic altering to gain an advantage in the war. President and General of The New World United Army has just increased the attractiveness of joining the military by promising any soldier who kills 7 or more enimies a small fortune. As the military grows so do suspicions of the trustworthiness of the government. The return of hundreds of war-heros earning their riches has encouraged thousands of youths to sign up for the military and for genetic mutation.All Rights Reserved

The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.
