In the year 2119 warfare has changed. The old world such as Asia, Europe and Africa has began to use robotics to improve soldier effectiveness, while the new world,North America and South America has started using biological technology and genetic altering to gain an advantage in the war. President and General of The New World United Army has just increased the attractiveness of joining the military by promising any soldier who kills 7 or more enimies a small fortune. As the military grows so do suspicions of the trustworthiness of the government. The return of hundreds of war-heros earning their riches has encouraged thousands of youths to sign up for the military and for genetic mutation.
