A SERIAL KILLER SHAKES THE ENTIRE POLITICAL STRUCTURE OF THE WORLD USING AN ANCIENT EVIL SPELL
When junior diplomat Jean (Jeannie) A. Van der Veen disappears in the Asturian Island, Richard Herrscher the King of Asturias summon her closest friends and family to help locate the girl. From then on, in a world similar to this one, but with beings supposedly more evolved and endowed with magical powers, a series of disappearances and murders began to happen.
Decades ago, national sovereignty was broken by the emergence of a supra-sovereign government, led by the tercentenary Charlotte Herrscher, who remains at the center of world power, in the city of Arkadia. The centralization of world power managed to suppress all violent acts, and the disappearance of Jeannie, in Asturias, a kingdom across the ocean, soon caught the attention of the World Government.
Fate ends up guiding Jean's friends and family through a web of disputes that shake the International Balance of Powers. Running against time, they find themselves amid an ancient evil spell with a masked serial killer silencing important political figures. Trying to disclosure the masked killer identity and motives, they soon realize that everyone's lives are at stake.
