Hayakkou Academy

Hayakkou Academy is a private school for elite students,it looks like an ordinary school but it is not.
In Hayakkou Academy,students are super rich and they have powers,they have a supernatural powers.It is in their school's tradition to battle against each other with a bet.And students are ranked,the top 30 lowest ranks are grouped together in a section where it is labeled as the weakest section and other higher section bully them.

Also,in the academy,there is a student council which are like the highest above all.The student council can control each and every lives of the students.They are unbeatable in battles and are very powerful beings,not until,a group of girls suddenly appeared and make the student council slowly lost it's power.
