Y/N and Lizzie meet at school and become fast friends. They love and support each other while they both have different dreams. When they both graduate high school they go their seperate ways. While Lizzie pursues her dream to become a doctor and Y/N joins the Academy. She has always wanted to be like her Dad. She always wanted to prove herself considering her differences.

Then years later when Lizzie comes back to LA and Y/N is a detective and they cross paths. Lizzie has her boyfriend while Y/N has a fiance. They both catch up but soon old feelings that were never spoken resurface.
