Ehi stood still as rage filled her,Osanobwa (God) has granted her a second chance and she would damn her soul to the very depths of hell if she didn't use it right.

"I am ready",she stated.

The duchess smirked as she walked out of the room,nodding at the guard to announce Ehi's arrival.

Here comes the celebrant of this glorious night,the butler announced,

The giant doors opened wide,bright lights seeping from the ball room,shining directly on her as everyone stood still.

I love how i was able to put together everything I love about literature into this book.
I love the historical feel it has to it,the romance and how shows a glimpse of my beautiful maternal culture.
It's mostly about the history on the slavery of the Edo people in Nigeria during the colonial times.
Basically this book (Ehi),is a fictional representation of slavery during the colonial times.
