She corners me with a furry in her eyes that burns "Tell me griffin, what game are you playing at?" When I don't answer it only angers her more and she huffs out the rest "whatever game it is, I want no part. I have no time to play with boys, I don't need you. I allow no one to play around where he's involved." Bringing up Matteo lights a fire in me when I now understand why she's fighting. She breathes heavy for a moment keeping me pinned in place with those electric eyes. 

When she turns to leave I snake my up arm around her warm body to tangle into the fabric of her shirt and breathe "there is no game."
