After the majority of Harvey Greene Grammar School, or Higgs, burned down, Victoria has a hard time accepting that sometimes things just burn. Right down to the ground. She has yet to realise  that it's difficult to put a fire out by yourself. And sometimes, people need help. But it doesn't make you weak or an idiot. It makes you human. 

Tori refuses to come to terms with it. But her friend Michael Holden helps her. Maybe in more ways than one.
