This girl is like no other.... She's being bullied none stop at school and they don't even know what's going on at home she's already dealing with. Every time she goes home she's getting abused an almost taking her life away. Her parents are always accusing her an beating her.. The teachers at school ask why does she have bruises all the time she just has to lie about it saying she fell or it's play fighting. She's at the edge,and no one knows not even her parents or family she sees barley. Sometimes she has to be her own friend! She's tried to kill herself she can't stand this world or what she's supposed to call home. Every night she's looking up the the sky asking God for help but to her it's no use he's never been here for her she says. "Why do i have to be here" she's yelling why.... Why. The Everything is silent she's crying her self to sleep now. But as she closes her eyes all she sees is death, hate an pain.

He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more.
