Layla is an introverted eighteen years old high school senior who doesn't have any social life outside high school, she has never dated or had her first kiss. Then one day she makes friends with the new transfer student from Africa named Reina who suddenly invites Layla to her house, there she meets Reina's hot and handsome older brother Tyree who gives Layla an experience of a life time. Tyree is what you can call a typical African black kid, who just relocated to the U.S with his siblings and close family friends, due to some family issues. He's starts school at the university of California Berkeley and doesn't know his way around. He meets Layla a friend of his younger sister. Layla is beautiful beyond a doubt and Tyree is very attracted to her but he's fighting this attraction because he thinks Layla is a distraction to his academics and he can't afford to be distracted. Little did he know that he will find himself drawn to Layla like a moth to a flame. Will he give in to this said distraction? Let's find out.
