Colby's best friend Sam gets a girlfriend, and soon it's like that's all Sam can think about. Wanting to get his bes friend back, Colby decides to ask Sam to join him on a trip to the Stanley Hotel for a little adventure in ghost hunting. Unbeknownst to Colby, though, Sam decides to bring her girlfriend, Kat, along. That, and Colby's other friend Jake decides to come too. Now the adventure is turning into a majorly big deal. Not wanting to cause a scene, Colby pretends everything is fine and the group head out on their trip. However, once at the Stanley Hotel, everyone notices that Kat isn't acting like herself. After a particularly nasty night of ghost hunting, something seems to change Kat. She's mean and sarcastic, and maybe even a little demonic. Is it Kat being Kat, or does the hotel have something to do with her strange behavior?

You'll immediately notice that Sam and Kat are still together in this storybook world because I love them too much. There's other things that are probably inaccurate but just go along with it please.
