Suddenly, a massive wave crashed over the side of the ship, knocking the basket overboard and sending it tumbling into the churning sea. The crew cried out in alarm, but it was too late. The baby was lost to the depths below. As the storm continued to rage, a mysterious figure appeared on the deck of the ship. Cloaked in shadows, they reached out a hand and whispered a word of power. Instantly, the ocean calmed and the storm clouds dispersed, leaving behind a tranquil sea. To the astonishment of the crew, the baby's basket resurfaced, bobbing gently on the water. And to their horror , the infant within was gone. The mysterious figure smiled as they vanished into the night, leaving the crew in horror as the mysterious powers that had taken the baby to a watery grave.
