The Wonder of Izuku

It is the unfortunate case that in the world of superpowers, there are those without such gifts. They are referred to as the "Quirkless". They are subjected to all kinds of harassment, discrimination, and abuse. There is no worse fate in the world of heroes than being quirkless. Or is there?

Izuku Midoriya was deemed a Villain at a young age all because of the ability he was born with. He was a victim of all of this and more. What will he become?

As a quick note, any ships that make an appearance will not play a major role. They would simply be character development and would become a background aspect afterwards.
