In a world of violence and chaos, the world is calling for a desperate change. Two months ago, an undercover agency was established by Jesse Harp, the richest man on the planet. He established the WAA, the World Assassin Agency. This was an agency for assassin's to get on the good side of the law doing what they do best. The WAA hires agents to hunt down and terminate specific targets. Permanently. But recently, Jesse Harp was killed by a mysterious figure, dubbed 'The Messeger,' because he/she always leaves messages at the scene. A new target. A new victim. A new hope.
