Riv and Nyx, sisters, work for the government and kill. They found out that they mostly kill the failures, all of which are sixteen.
The two make an amazing team. Add in Xander and Taylor, and you'll never make it out alive. They are all strong, fast, and swift.
But there's one thing about Riv that the others don't have.
She doesn't know how to explain it, but she can read everyone's thoughts. Nyx told her that she had to ability to read minds, but Riv refuses to believe it is that simple.
