When Nev first met Max, it was completely platonic. Fast forward 8 years of filming the reality TV show "Catfish," and they decided to strike a bet. Whoever can catfish someone faster gets the brand sponsorship that was just offered to only one of them. As time goes on, feelings change, more bets strike, hearts break, truths are revealed, and 2 men who thought they were catfishing a stranger, catfish each other.
