Welcome to my first book! It's a compilation of some HTTYD episodes I wrote at like age 14. They're still probably my favorite works, albeit the syntax is unsophisticated. Enjoy.

NOTE: In this story, Heather will be portrayed as the lying, evil, treacherous, really good actor she is. If you like Heather, I'm sorry but I can't help you.

Y/n is a young girl in Berk who never wanted to hurt a dragon and doesn't believe dragons are as bad as everyone thinks they are. She believes that they are just misunderstood. What happens when she joins in dragon training and finds about Hiccup's secret. This is the first story I ever wrote so there are going to be LOTS of errors and it's going to be really bad but maybe I will come back and edit it, not sure yet. How To Understand Them - A HTTYD Fanfic (HTTYD x OC)
"Everything we thought we knew about them is wrong." On the lonesome island home to the village Berk, it's always been kill or be killed. In this case, the residing Vikings would much rather fend off the raiding dragons instead of search for a new, safer home. That was the Berkian tribe. 15 year old Aisling Winslow has fought to appeal to her mother's expectations, as being related to the great Stoick the Vast comes with strict ideals she must uphold. Just like how she must succeed in defending her home against the bloodthirsty beasts. And be top of the class in dragon training. But, when one incident involving a misfired arrow-courtesy of her vicious older brother-leads to the discovery of a wounded Night Fury in the woods, she must make the decision on where her loyalties lie. With her people, Or with this dragon, who doesn't make her feel overwhelmed with demanding requirements or forced obligations. Well, except for bringing said Night Fury food. That's expected of her. What if the dragons decided to stay at New Berk with the Berkians? Hiccup works to lead the people of Berk and at the same time continue to care for the dragons. The trialing times for Berk seemed to have finally passed. But the arrival of an old friend, and the mysterious disappearances of dragons around New Berk, threatens the peace of New Berk. And brings Hiccup and all he cares about closer to danger once again. Set directly after the events of "How to train your dragon: the Hidden World". WARNING:Possible spoilers! Includes references and characters from Race to the edge, references to defender/riders of Berk, as well as all the main story of the movies. I don't own any of the characters, aside from any OCs I add. The characters and world belong to and are from 'How to train your dragon'. Note/warning: book contains some minor violence, pain, torture, and drama. It shouldn't be too bad, but I thought I would warn readers who may want to read this but not know.
