Chanyeol has held on to a secret for years, since his trainee days with a young EXO. He holds this secret so deep, he is even afraid to admit it to himself... he is in love. But he is not in love with just anyone, he is in love with one of his fellow EXO members. He planned to keep this secret love hidden, but one day, during a concert, a member of the crew sees right through his attempts to hide it when Chanyeol plays a guitar solo and can't keep his eyes off the great love of his life as he loses himself, and his willpower to hide, in the music. This incident forces him to confront his secret. As the two of them work on a musical project -an original song written and composed by Chanyeol himself that the creative directors of EXO have finally greenlit- and as he grows closer and closer to his love, he begins to wonder if this beautiful angelic creature could be harboring feelings for him as well...

Authors Note: I wrote this original song "The Flame" with a friend of mine. It is not a real song.

I did not write, however, and claim no rights to the song "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing" by Aerosmith. It simply fits the plot and feeling of the story.
