Everlasting teen

This story is about Zōe Patterson, a 14 year old foster child who learns that at age 15 that magic will take over her. One day she finds a series of notes. She later figures out she is in a long line of everlasting Witches and Sorcerers from a place called Cluster.
Zōe is frightened because she learns that it can be a blessing or a powerful curse that will turn her into an evil spirit that will take all humans as slaves for the Cluster world for her .
