The Tale of the Azure Dragon

(Y/n) Marvell was a young professor in Mildian Magic Academy. He was a simple man, leading a happy life with his wife and soon to be born daughter. However, everything changed when the great war between dragons broke out. The dragons of the west, attacked their homeland, not wanting to coexist peacefully with humans. So, (Y/n) was forced to join the military. He and his dragon, Astra, led battle after battle to victory, until Astra died. After that, things turned to worse for the human side.
As the fight among the dragons escalated, a new threat, Acnologia, rose and the tables were instantly turned. Acnologia single-handedly massacred hordes of dragons eventually ending the war. However, even when the war ended, he didn't stop killing dragons, determined to eradicate them. (Y/n) and a few others fought him. Yet still, they were incapable of defeating him. So, a new plan was devised; to send dragonslayers into the future and entrust them with the task. In order to protect her, (Y/n) send his daughter, Wendy Marvell into the future with a promise to find her again.

And that was the beginning, the stary of the Tale of the Azure Dragon...
