"Do you think this is funny?" He snaps pushing me up against the tanned hallway wall. The lights begin to flicker dimly as he stared into my eyes.
"You walking up the stairs like a child throwing a tantrum, or the dinner thing, because I find both funny." I replied trying to muffle a laugh with my free arm.
His eyes darken and he leans in and whispers deeply, "Amara don't test my patience."
"I'm not. You asked a questions and I answered." I reply calmly.
"They're not normal people." He argues.
I don't know what his problem is, I probably never will considering the fact of how distant he is.
"Who is honestly!" I joked.
"Why must you make everything a joke." He fumes running a hand through his hair in disappointment.
"Because my whole life feels like a joke." I whisper softly turning away from his gaze.
