But even without the metaverse, shadows still stalk the streets of Tokyo at night.

After the death of his father, Akira Kurusu arrives in Tokyo with a solemn and empty heart. With crime rates on the rise and no sign of slowing, he wonders if he'll die from a criminal or his own self-hatred first.

But when an innocent field trip and a peculiar spider get him thrust into a world he couldn't ever prepare for, the question of what he truly believes in will have to be answered.

In this world, Akira never thought he could be a hero. But now he might just have to be.

Gameplay divergence because the Reaper is an ACTUAL THREAT (like in Striker's, god the Reaper is tough in Striker's) Shumako, Other changes to the lore, like Haru works with Ren in Leblanc, Sojiro adopted Ren, Persona's can communicate with their User's in the real world, and a few other little tweaks and stuff. This is part two of my fan fiction series titled "The Phantom Thieves of Hearts" which is a reformatted version of a screenplay that I wrote a couple of years ago.
