The dead eyes of the rabbit stared at Wilbur as he shuffled past the carcass and for a brief moment, its eyes fashed green. The wind whistled as Wilbur heard a slight whispering sound nearing him. Then it went quiet.
Wilbur paused. They must be gone by now, he thought. Techno had surely done damage to them, they can't have followed him that far, right?
Oh how he was wrong.

Tommy had just recently moved homes. The one he left was one full of memories. Not good ones, but not necessarily bad ones, either. He didn't have much to live for at his old home, so he moved in hope of starting over and meeting new people. He had no more family, and his school friends had long moved on from him. In fact, the only number in his contacts was his mum's who was long passed away. Tommy was young (sixteen, to be exact) and he often forgot things. Usually just as simple as forgetting to do the laundry, or forgetting to reply to a notification on his phone that he received three seconds prior. Simple things that didn't matter. This time, though, he forgot to charge his phone before leaving his new, barely furnished apartment. He didn't think much of it. If it died, it died. No biggie, right? He figured he'd be alright for an hour or so without his phone. That is, until he got lost in the large, unfamiliar town that he definitely didn't even slightly know the layout of. He didn't know where he was or how to get back to his apartment, especially without a GPS. And then, when it definitely couldn't get worse, it began to rain. Tommy was soaked. He was cold, hungry. He cut into an alley and sat down against a brick wall, curled up on himself. He sat there for a while, and then heard footsteps. It was three men. The older one crouched down in front of him. "You look awful...Come with us, mate." But Tommy didn't want to. Preview of one of my one-shots (The Final Control Room Crow): It smells of Death. A sickened whimper sounds from somewhere behind him. Sweat drips down Eret's face as he realizes, what's become of this damned room. They're trapped in a coffin. A cough rattles Wilbur's body, and his lips pull up into a grin, one that is far, far too wide for a human. It gets wider, and wider; revealing blue-stained teeth and deep red gums. "You'll be happy once you're dead." he sings. Eret feels his heart give out.Complete

A young blonde boy wakes up in the middle of the forest. He can't remember how he got there or much about himself either. His name is blank from his mind, and he can't even remember his family. His clothes are torn and dirty, and he wonders what happened. He's not hungry, but he wants a small snack, yet every apple tree and every berry bush he passes doesn't strike his fancy. He eventually makes it to a city. Large buildings are fallen over and the ones still standing have busted out windows and/or have smoke and fire coming from them. He can hear distant screams and yells and gunshots. There are people passing him that are strange. They're badly injured and walk slightly hunched over. Some are missing limbs, and some are missing and eye, or both. They don't even appear to be alive to the boy. They look his way but don't mind him. Tommy is confused and scared. He can slightly remember this place to be his once home, and it makes him upset that's it's gone to such shit, and scared by everyone's screams and the fires and the fighting, and mostly, the fact that some people are eating each other. Always compared to his twin brother, the golden child of the Minecraft Hero Family. Wilbur lived in Techno's shadow. He hated it so much and he wasn't sure how much more he could take. He wanted to be seen for who he was. He was Wilbur goddamn Minecraft, and he refused to let himself be a side note in someone else's story. Villains had one right; the right to choose a nemesis. A thesis to their anti-thesis. A rival. His subordinates always questioned why he chose Magpie. He never bothered to explain. He had met the hero once, and that was all it took. The eldest of the Minecraft children was so much more than anyone realized. There was a deep running fury hidden under his mask. The hero was fast approaching his breaking point. That, is why Quackity chose him. Wilbur Minecraft was going to fall soon, and he was going to fall hard. And Quackity would be right there waiting, ready to catch his songbird when he did.
