the heavenly dragon god izuku

izuku is the Second Son of lady phenex and lord phenex, unlike his little brother riser, izuku bring reputation and respect for the family as the wilder of the heavenly dragon god name draco.

this story will start from when riser win against issei during the engagement party

izuku is rias childhood crush, when izuku's 5 year old while playing tag with rias draco awake and tell izuku to go and tell the phenex, then draco tell lord phenex to pack izuku stuff and wait for the dragon lord to pick izuku up for training.
izuku then request to see rias for the last time, rias cry and want to go with izuku but she can't , they both promise each other to get married went they meet each other again.
