After Jason Todd dies in an explosion caused by Joker, Raven mourns his death. 5 years have passed and a new villain is in town. Going under the name the Red Hood, Raven along with the Titans and Batman try to discover more about him. As the investigation unfolds, they find out that he wants Raven. As things from the past begin to resurface, Raven tries to unveil him. She can't help but wonder why she feels connected to him in a way.
