Tamaira Oumarr is not a sadist,she is not a freak,she is not what she was 8 years ago,yes,she is not.
At the time when she almost went insane I started visualizing an elegant soul that just might be hers,and truly she obtained that soul of elegance with a warm embrace from life.
Just as all her life long dreams,maybe or maybe not are coming to a reality or perhaps they did come to reality,a patient is about to send her on a frenzy ride.
What happens when the proud gentle,not so gentleman called Rayyan Huseiyne (aka Mr Handsome) barged into her life as a Trojan horse?,yeah he is a real time virus.
