The 22 year old Mafia Don is known for being almost invisible. No one knows who he is, and if you do, your either killing for him or getting killed by him.
Adriano running a Mafia Empire at such a young age is hard, and having no one to help or care along the way doesn't really make it easier. Anger issues, trust issues, ruthlessness, strong, powerful, is exactly what makes Adriano, Adriano.
