A group of teens who each have their own personal problems. Everything changes in grade 10, turns out not every friend is real,everyones fakeness is revealed. Girls who fall deeply in love... Puppy love or not little did they know how "broken" they would have become, this had completely driven them away from the academic life in instead every day was filled with:being depressed, putting on a fake smile and of course drama that never ended along with ever lasting gossip. The group was completely toxic they wer too much secret kept between the boys and girls,everyone looked so happy in school acting crazy and having fun but deep down we all had some type of problem, depression or pain... Even the boys.

From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more.
