Jaskier decides to stay at Kaer Morhen after the fight with the basilisks that came through the portal. Jaskier had fallen head over heels for Geralt on day one. Then there was the Djin, the sorceress, and the fight on the mountain. It crushed Jaskier's heart. Geralt apologized, but it was a very...Geralt... apology. They were still friends of course, but Jaskier's heart ached. maybe he could help mend what was broken while at Kaer Morhen, or find away to repare himself.

Something about the small puppy keep pulling him to her and decided to become a hero instead of a heartless Witcher. This story is based off the Netflix show, I know there will be time skip so this is going to be interesting. I love the Witcher series in a whole and i'm hoping the show really live up to the gorgeous world that is The Witcher.Concluida

A Stunning fluffy black cat of all things making Geralt regret his entire existence. Since now he owes his life to a cat he takes the cat with him to the in where it meets Jaskier. the cat doesn't take to kindly to Jaskier at first but slowly except him after a treat. Geralt knows something is up with the cat when but can't really put his finger on it until he wakes up to find the cat isn't a cat anymore but something else far more bizarre.Concluida

"If we are to use you as bait to lure our possessed Witcher here to Kaer Morhen, do you understand what that entails?" Jaskier nods, but he remains quiet. A slight tremor works its way into his right hand, and Yennefer smirks at its appearance. The sorceress scoffs faintly, and she approaches him. There is something in her violet eyes, like a spark that proceeds the wildfire it causes as she comes close, her voice growing low and sharp. "He will hunt you," Yennefer whispers, as though she is reciting some sort of spell, bewitching as she is sardonic, "You cannot hide from him. You cannot outrun him. You cannot overpower him." Jaskier swallows, but he does not waiver. Not even as Yennefer begins to circle him. Despite the tears in her dress and the dirt that clings to her form, she remains as entrancing as ever. It's as though she's a fever dream Jaskier can only spot from the corners of his eyes. Her words come to Jaskier like a mirage, a silhouette muddled in fog. The only solid sensation coming from her being the race her words bring to his heart. "You will be at the Witcher's mercy." That should scare Jaskier. But it doesn't.Concluida
