It was a normal day for Y/N.. until you agree to help run a test that scientist are trying to do. They tell you that it's a new teleporting device. If it is successful, then this will change how people travel forever. You decide to be the first person to use it... However, it went horribly wrong. You pass out and wake up in a large neon city filled with strange humanoid creatures that appear to be animals... As if that wasn't bad enough.. You have to figure out where you are, and how to get back home.. but that won't be easy when people find out a new species just arrived in the city. I don't own any of the art used in the story. The Way Between The Worlds
Three girls, in three different worlds. Yet they are all strangely connected. They are all haunted by a ghastly creature. NOTE: This story jumps between three different characters in a disorienting way, which I did intentionally (for a reason that I can't say without revealing spoilers). However, in hindsight, I realize that this might also be off-putting to some readers. If you are not dissuaded, you will begin to see a pattern to the transitions (and the reason for them), and I promise you that, by the end, everything will come together and make sense.
