Park Joong-Gil is very strict when it comes to his routine. And interestingly enough, bumping into Koo Ryeon is part of this routine. And so is analyzing her. The short pink hair. The eye shadow in the same color as her hair. And his favorite part The eyes. But of course, he doesn't do this because he wants to, or to appreciate her beauty or any other stupid reason! He does it just because it is part of his routine, and as said before, he is strict when it comes to this. Just for the sake of it.
