When a turf war breaks out between two gangs in the city of Arendelle, the whole city is effected. Especially Jack Overland and Elsa Reign, new recruits into a gang called the Snowflakes. Their relationship is rocky to say the least, and they always seem to be getting in each other's way. But when a kidnapping endangers their lives among others, the two will have to learn to work together.
