Pineneedle, Willowbranch, Maplespots and Amberleaf are the leader's kits. Naturally, a lot is put on their shoulders because of this, especially Pineneedle. Pineneedle struggles under his parents' expectations of him. He overworked himself one day and went to visit the medicine den, until something strange happens to his body... Willowbranch is the least liked by her parents. She longs for intimacy with some cat. She tries to get close with other cats but often fails. When out on a patrol, she finds a ThunderClan cat speaking to her urgently about something terribly wrong inside his Clan... Maplespots has always been abnormally strong. After all, she is the daughter to one of the strongest cats in the forest. She has always had a bit of a murderous touch, ever since she was a kit.
