Saide has lived in Hopewell; a fenced in community that's felt more like a prison--for as long as she can remember. After the death of her friend Demetria the only thing she's ever wanted is escape, something that always felt impossible. Saide has spent the last four years finding small ways to fight her predetermined destiny, until the day arrives when her escape is imminent.
