At the time the heroes were summoned in Melromarc, another summon was taking place in a foreign country, in where the representatives of the most important countries where having a meeting.

The king of that country tried to summon one of the heroes while the meeting was taking place to assure himself one of them, however, the summon failed, bringing a person of another world who not only didn't hold a holy weapon, but also defied the rules of that world.
