His parents who now own a cattle farm immigrated from Taiwan to Hereford, Texas twenty years ago in hopes of pursuing the American Dream, and that dream includes Logan living the perfect life, having a successful career, and eventually settling down with his own family. But Logan just wants to have a simple and easy life and let fate have its way.

Aiden comes from the only other Asian family in town who also owns a cattle farm. One day, he realizes the cruel truth and chooses to fight in any way he can. They think his mind's not right, that he's sick or dumb, that he needs to be fixed.

Logan thought so too until one fateful encounter changed his mind.
