"You don't love him Nancy! You know that as much as I do! He's hurting, let him go. Just admit that you're in love with Johnathan and let Steve go." Rose doesn't know why she's fighting so hard for this. Nancy huffs out a breath of air.
"I-I don't love Johnathan. You have no idea what you're talking about." Rose wants to laugh at her.
"You are so blind Wheeler." Nancys head snaps up, her mind turning. She loves Steve. Right? Rose watches her face fall. Nancy laughs, the sound dripping in sarcasm. "Hes been letting you have space, he got back with you after he watched you basically cheat in him with Johnathan!"
"I never cheated on him." She said flatly. Even Nancy didn't believe her own words. Rose rolled her eyes shaking her head.
"You don't deserve him. And you know it." She shot at the curly haired girl. Nancys face started to heat up from the anger bubbling inside her stomach.
"Fine! Fine! God!" Nancy screams, her hands shaking beside her head before falling to her side. Her eyes began to fill with tears. "I'm in love with Johnathan, he makes me happy! I feel like shit for doing this to Steve but I can't help it okay!? But you need to tell Steve." Rose narrowed her eyes, a sudden burst of anger pulling at her heartstrings. Then in the heat of the moment she lets the words spill from her lips. And its not the words she planned to say.
"Tell him what!? Tell him that I'm in love with him?!" Roses eyes widen, Rose falters for a second. "Holy shit. I'm in love with Steve..."
