After getting a strange phone call from her panicked Mum, Kaylee gets hit by lightning, but she does not die. Instead, she gets uncontrollable powers. Her mum told her that people were after her, so she takes all her life savings and heads to Florida. She thought things were starting to calm down when she met a new friend there, Alice (Who has the same powers as her), and started to live with her. But things are only just starting in their crazy, mixed-up lives.
