This book takes place during the Despair Arc and later books continue in chronological order of the series installments. This is a Nagito Komaeda x reader story. Despair and hope. You live for despair, you love despair, you'd do anything even if you have to kill someone. He was the same yet everything was in the name of hope. You hated him for believing in hope so much, but you were drawn in because of that.
