[On hold, might be continued] Years ago werewolves were banned from the islands where they lived together with humans. Chased by silver swords and holy water they had nowhere else to go but the sea and the occasional abandoned island. They sailed the seas in search of an island that would fit all of them, and recently they found it. It was called the Isle of Wolves and heavily protected against the Inquisition that is still out to find them.

But the Inquisition is getting closer to finding the Isle every day and the werewolves living there need to find a way to shield them from the view of those who would do them harm.

The House of the Wolf by AlisonBaird

In the barren arctic, a white wolf journeys alone across the tundra. All his life he has dreamed of the strange creatures called humans that dwell far to the south -- creatures that wolf lore says have an ancient mystical kinship with his own species. Abandoning his pack, he sets out to make contact with human beings and learn the truth. In the state of Vermont, a young girl embarks on her own journey of self-discovery. 18-year-old Chantal Boisvert never knew her parents, and she is determined to learn more about them -- especially her French Canadian father, who died in mysterious circumstances. When she arrives in the province of Quebec the wealthy Boisvert family gives Chantal a seemingly warm and loving welcome. But then strange and sinister things start to happen. Why do her relatives slip away into the forest after sundown? Why does she keep dreaming at night of being a wolf running in the wild? Who is the attractive pale-haired boy who keeps turning up, and why do he and his friends seem so concerned for her safety? Could it possibly be true that the Boisverts are loups garous -- werewolves? ************************************************************************* After more than a million views and lots of feedback for the initial draft, here is the re-edited version of "House of the Wolf". There is a new cover, plus a few other new things as well: name changes, extended scenes, extra scenes, and one whole new chapter! And the sequel, The Way of the Wolf, is now posted on Wattpad too! Please check it out.

Beneath the Moon: The Lavender Lycan's King

17 parts Ongoing Mature

Most Werewolves turn when they are 18, but I didn't. I could hear my wolf, but she seemed repulsed by being called wolf. My Pack and mate rejected me, not that they really cared. I was young when my parents died and was adopted by one of the lesser families in the pack. They were brutal to me and never once showed me kindness or made me feel like I belong. I found refugee with the Lycan Kings pack, known as the Blood Star pack. He live in a huge castle with many members living there. Being Lycans they were the strongest and ruled over all night creatures, including Vampires. No one dared stand up to them. The king turned out to be my second chance mate. Fear of rejection keeps me away, but King Thesus pursued me. My name is Lunera Drakanov and this is my story.
