Nearly a year had passed since the defeat of Frieza and the destruction of Planet Namek. During that time, Remnant was at peace, with no sign of any danger. Unfortunately, Oren, the hero of Planet Remnant is nowhere to be found. After it was revealed that somehow Oren had survived the destruction of Namek, his friends sought to bring him back. But, the Namekian dragon, Porunga, said that Oren refused to be wished back. This left Oren's friends worried that he may not want to come back home. However, during this time of peace, an old enemy is forming a plan of world domination with his new Android army.
