An abandoned town in Tokyo, Japan seems to have gained a few habitants that were mostly drug dealers/addicts and alcoholics. This town was kept under the radar until an escaped child was found by a hero. They uncover the secrets of this town, however, whilst searching the place, the hero's found something that opened up a whole new case and much more mysteries.
[chapter 1 takes 51mins and 31 secs (apparently) to read so you can skip to chapter 2 if you want but some things that are touched on in the first chapter may appear and it may get a little confusing]
