Harry Potter and Tom Riddle are something of an anamoly. Two powerful wizards, orphaned and linked to Death, while simultaneously being polar opposites. They are technically soulmates-the closest thing to it as they truly don't exist-and strange things are bound to happen. Especially when it's the soul of Tom Riddle is embedded into the soul of Harry Potter and the blood of Harry Potter is flowing inside the veins of Tom Riddle. What happens to one affects the other, whether they are aware of it or not, and they are bound irrevocably so.
