But soon she learns that all things must end.
After the disappearance of her best friend, Biana Vacker, she has to learn how to grieve, control her powers, fight, and uncover the hidden mysteries of her world all over again. Along with finding secrets hidden deep in her species' history, she learns how to find her own secrets hidden inside herself, all while searching for her friend, and navigating a world that still feels so new.
Is Sophie's trauma too much for her to handle? Will the pressure of finding Biana finally break her? Can she fix what has been splintered, broken, and shattered?
