Jessica has been the notorious serial killer for quite some time now. The news has fondly named her "The axe murderer" 

Jay is a well renowned police officer from Chicago, relocated to Lincolnshire. Jay came to Lincoln with brother Will in tow. 

When Jay and Jessica meet by chance at a bar, will the officer find out her secret as he tries to track down this monstrous killer
