What would happen if a certain kid got attacked by a sludge villain and no one came to safe him?

Well, that is what happened to Izuku Midoriya. However, strange enough, he didn't die but woke up completely fine and healed too. Now where would the sludge go? It wasn't there anymore and as if on point a hero came to search for that thing too?

Are you kidding?

This kid nearly died, and this hero then decided to arrive? Poor Izuku, what makes matters worse, he started hearing a voice in his head too.

Did this kid finally lose his sanity, or is it something else?

Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. Now rouaming the steets and barely surviving he still finds a way to help people but not any avarage people, no he saved All for One and the other 4 LOV members.
