In this story, Izuku has technically speaking, two fathers. His mother is still Inko though. He has two older brothers, Hawks and Tenko/Tomura. Though, he only knows about one. As of right now, his met neither of his brothers and he hopes to find them. Mina, Kami, Shin, Bakugou, Ochako, and Iida all grew up together. 

They've all met Eraserhead at LEAST once, after they met him once though, they never heard from him again.
