What would be the first thing someone does after being revived from the dead? For Macaque, it was to celebrate being alive. And what better way to celebrate life than taking one? Especially when its a female disciple of Kuan Yin(Guan Yin), the God(dess) of Mercy(and Compassion).
So this is taking place in the Lego Monkie Kid(LMK) Universe after Macaque gets revived by The Lady Bone Demon(Which in my opinion is quite a few centuries before the events of lmk). The first chance of freedom he gets he flees, and the first thing he does while free... is try to eat a mortal maiden...

But while they walk around Wukong sees a familiar Shadow in the crowd. Was this... Macaque? But he was dead. He was sure of it. Was it a reincarnation? and if so... Would it be wrong to see what he's up to in his new life? or Wukong is not going on vacation and he's the one to watch "Shadow Play".
