Shoku Tsubasa was quirkless. His father gave him up to the LOV at the age of four, then pretended his child was lost, and acted heartbroken. Shoku was tortured and experimented on, until the day his quirk appeared. The experiments had changed it from what it was originally to be, and the LOV turned Shoku into a weapon with it.
When the heroes come, years after Shoku was captured, what will they find? And what will happen to Shoku when they knew what his quirk was?
